In this study, two Saccharomyces “Kéknyelű” grape juice isolates were identified and their wine fermentation potential were investigated. One isolate was identified as a S. cerevisiae x S. kudriavzevii hybrid and has good oenological characteristics and the potential for use in wine fermentation.
